It’s a Full House, alright! Three House Sparrows and two House Finches make up the third piece in the Meet My Muses collection. These birds are the most frequent and chatty visitors to our yard and have been a permanent fixture in my birdwatching journey. Their songs are beautiful, their personalities are huge, and they sure give us a wild show every year during mating season—oooheee! Based on my own photography, this piece was a joy and CHALLENGE to create. There’s a helluva lot going on in it, but it’s bold and beautiful just like the critters its immortalizing.
